    You don’t have to be in this industry for long before you come across a client who wants to get bigger but has always struggled to do so.

    Some people are just naturally bigger than others and don’t struggle to put size on at all. At one end of the spectrum are people who, it seems, only have to look at some dumbbells for them to gain muscle.
