    It’s easy to take someone who’s never been in the gym before and get them from a 20kg Bench Press to a 50kg Bench Press in just a few short months.

    Their lack of previous training and, therefore, their potential to gain strength is huge. You don’t have to be particularly specific or even effective in your coaching and your programming to see this sort of progress.
